Unlike the surrounding neighbors, Cruzília is not one of the best known tourist towns in Minas.

There, the main attractions are the award-winning cheeses (and wonderful!) and horse breeding Mangalarga Marchador, one of the noblest races in the world. The city houses a museum dedicated to the history of horse breeding in the city, the birthplace of the breed in the country.
