Gaucho show and lots of abundance

There are many options for salads, fish, pasta, snacks and, of course, the big star: meat. There are several cuts, some even made in a way that I hadn’t seen before. The desserts are more modest, but still delicious, like the fondue of chocolate.

At around 9:30 pm, the lights go out and the live music from Rio Grande do Sul begins. In addition to the lively rhythm, the highlight is the ballet with typical dances. Chula, bolas, fandango… the tradition in dances.

It’s really cool to see the interaction between the musicians and the audience, who participate all the time in the presentation, whether with applause, singing or dancing.

The climax of the show is at the end, when there are challenges between the dancers and the presentation of the bolas, a string with balls at the end and which gain versions with lights and even fire.
