Restaurant tip in São Paulo: It, at Pullman Ibirapuera

O Pullman Ibirapuera It is one of the nicest hotels in Sao Pauloalready we count here what is it like to stay there. This time we went to meet the It Restaurantwhich is in lobby of the hotel.

The atmosphere is modern and with free Wi-Fi, and the atmosphere, which starts in the lively happy hour, is packed to the sound of a DJ. At dinner, the public is quite eclectic, made up of guests and visitors, like us.

We visited It during the Restaurant Week and we had the opportunity to taste some dishes signed by chef Willian Carvalho, who mixes international cuisine with the regionalism of Brazilian cuisine.

There were two options for input: salmon milleaf marinated in spices, wasabi sour cream and sprouts, and a mushroom bruschetta with crunchy parma. Both delicious. The friendly waitresses even offered us a passion fruit cocktail for free.

As a main course, the Restaurant Week menu had the following options: duck risotto or bouef bourguignon (filet mignon cooked with vegetables). Once again both dishes were excellent. The risotto was on point and very creamy. The meat was very tender, falling apart.

To finish off our experience, the desserts were chocolate mousse with red fruits or Cheesecake Of Sweet Milk. We both opted for the latter option and have no regrets.

During Restaurant Week, the price of the menu offered by It for dinner is fixed (R$49.90) and includes a starter, main course and dessert. But the conventional menu of the house is quite varied and has good prices, with dishes ranging from R$30 to R$50. The impeccable service was one of the highlights. Something very rare these days.
