Switzerland

We can consider that Switzerland, despite being open to tourism, is making it impossible for Brazilians to enter.

This is because Switzerland will require a Swiss Covid Certificate as of September 13, 2021.

The problem is that only certificates issued by European Union countries are compatible for validation and obtaining the Swiss Covid Certificate.

If you have not been vaccinated in Europe, you can follow the alternative measure that asks the tourist to perform an antigen test every 48h or RT-PCR every 72h upon arrival in Switzerland.Yes, from the day you arrive until the end of the trip.Tests are expensive so the ideal is to wait for this measure to drop.

Uruguay expects an opening later this year, but the news is confusing, not encouraging.

  • Humanitarian and diplomatic reasons;
  • With family members in the country;

How to know if countries are open to tourism on the date of my trip?

The Pandemic has canceled everyone’s travel plans.

But there is a future, and in that future we need to understand which destinations will be open to Brazilian tourists and in what terms.

“Hey, isn’t it the same for everyone Maíra?”

fronteiras-fechadas-para-turismo-de-brasileiros Os 105 países abertos para turismo pós covid + voos diretos fronteiras-fechadas-para-turismo-de-brasileiros Os 105 países abertos para turismo pós covid + voos diretos

No.

Because, as I explained in the post about vaccinations needed before traveling, the obligations and openings of borders are different according to where you come from and where you will pass.

So, the fact that we live in Brazil will determine the destinations that we will be able to travel to after covid, at least at the beginning of the resumption of tourism.

See how the resumption of tourism, safe travel in Brazil and protocols is going.

How to know if we can travel to a country in the future

Another important point is that to reach most of the countries on the list, we need to connect in some other country.

If the country of connection in question is closed to us, then it’s no use if the destination country is open, you won’t be able to go.

For example, you want to travel to the Bahamas next year, and you’re thinking about buying tickets now.But it is at your own risk to get sick in a foreign country and travel insurance does not cover pandemic situations.The purpose of this post is to inform the regulations and help travelers decide on future trips, based on countries open for tourismandthat already allow Brazilians to enter.

Some country is missing ?Comment and ask!
