A lot of people think that to go on a cruise even within Brazil, you need to have a passportbut at ID issued less than 10 years ago is enough or another valid identification document in the national territory as driver’s license, OAB, CREA and CRM.

BAG WEIGHT

As we travel more often by plane, we end up imagining that at the time of cruising, the weight of the bags must be the same, but it is not. On a ship trip, the baggage allowance is 90 kg. But it is always worth confirming with the company or agency before boarding.

CAN I BRING LIQUIDS?

It is not allowed to board with food and drinks purchased outside the ship or in ports: “Ship security officers are authorized to collect these items and return them to guests at the end of the voyage, upon disembarkation”, explains Calabria.

ON SHIPMENT I DELIVER THE BAG, WHEN WILL I GET MY BAGGAGE AGAIN?

Therefore, it is so important to deliver the bags sealed and with padlocks: “Only deliver bags to employees identified by the shipping company as its agents, who will be uniformed and identified. Baggage must be tagged with the stickers received by passengers along with the cruise voucher. It is also recommended to identify luggage with ribbons or with some personal item. You will pick up your suitcase again as soon as you board. She will be in front of your cabin.”
